Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
How to return a product
- Email us at hello@stgreta.com to tell us you want to return your order. Please include your order number.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your message. Please pack the ceramics carefully so they are not damaged in transit.
- The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.
Refunds
- We refund the price of the product and the original delivery cost (up to the cheapest standard delivery option offered in the store).
- You will receive the refund using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your message. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order. The fact that a product is handmade does not exclude the right to return it.
Damage in transit or defects
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product does not conform to the agreement, email hello@stgreta.com with photos of the product and packaging. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Small differences in shape, colour and glaze are a natural feature of handmade ceramics and are not defects.
